Perfect for school groups, birthdays, or any special occasion!

Reserve the outdoor ice* for your group. Our “daytime private outdoor” group reservation is available Wednesday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday. The outdoor ice is perfect for groups 35-75 skaters in size.

• *Morning and afternoon events are held on partial ice due to sun.
• In case of rain, skating is held under the roof area of the outdoor rink and a serving table will be provided in a covered area.
• Reservation includes use of outdoor picnic area.
• All food service and cleanup must be completed within scheduled time.

Host Information

1. A $500 deposit is required at time of booking to hold private ice reservations. Deposit may be applied to the outstanding balance or returned by credit card to host after total fee is paid. The event fee balance must be collected and paid by host. Deposit is refundable for events cancelled at least 4 weeks prior to event date. Date changes must be made at least 4 weeks prior to existing event date. Reservations made within 4 weeks of event date are NOT eligible for a deposit refund.
2. The total fee due is $30 x number of skaters. The minimum of 35 skaters must be met, so if you have less than 35 skaters, you will then pay for 35.
3. Alcoholic beverages are NOT permitted at Winter Lodge. Host is responsible for enforcing this policy.
4. Host of the event is responsible for observation of safe skating rules.
5. Events are held rain or shine.
6. Gloves and helmets are recommended for all skaters.

Perfect for large group events – our BIGGEST reservation available!

Reserve the entire outdoor AND indoor ice* for your group. Our “evening private outdoor” group reservation is available Fridays, Saturdays, & most Wednesdays (see schedule below). The outdoor ice is perfect for large groups 100-300 skaters in size.

• *All evening private ice events also have access to the indoor rink from 6:00 PM –  7:15 PM.
• Reservations include use of all picnic areas.
• All food service and cleanup must be completed within scheduled time.
• In case of rain, outdoor skating will be held under the roof area.

Host Information

Reserve the entire indoor ice for your group. Our ”private indoor” group reservation is available Saturday & Sunday. The indoor ice is perfect for small to medium groups 35-75 skaters in size.

Would you like to reserve tables for your group during a public session?

Have a place for your cake and snacks by reserving tables during a public session. Our “public session group” reservation is available during most public sessions. Perfect for groups 15-30 skaters in size.

• A $100 deposit is required at time of booking to hold public session reservations. Deposit may be applied to the outstanding balance or returned by credit card to host after total fee is paid. The event fee balance must be collected and paid by host. Deposit is refundable for events cancelled at least 1 week prior to event date. Date changes must be made at least 1 week prior to existing event date. Reservations made within 1 week of event date are NOT eligible for a deposit refund.
• Reservations are two hours in length during a public skating session, and include use of tables in picnic area.
• We accept groups of 15 up to a maximum of 30 skaters.
• Reservations must be made in advance. No need to purchase advanced tickets. We will take payment from host after guests arrive.
• Sorry, no electrical outlets available.
• All food service and cleanup must be completed within scheduled time.
• In case of rain, skating is held under the roof area of the outdoor ice and a serving table will be provided in a covered area.
• Public Session Groups cannot be let in before start of public session.
• ** Family session rules apply.
• Note: During busy times Winter Lodge is not able to accommodate Public Session Group reservations.

Host Information

1. Host will be given admission tickets to hand out to skating guests (including those with their own skates). All skating guests will redeem ticket at front desk and skates will be issued if needed. Once skates have been handed out, the staff will inform host of total skaters and balance due. 
2. The total fee due is $28 x number of skaters. The minimum of 15 skaters must be met, so if you have less than 15 skaters, you will then pay for 15.
3. Alcoholic beverages are NOT permitted at Winter Lodge. Host is responsible for enforcing this policy.
4. Host of the event is responsible for observation of safe skating rules.
5. Events are held rain or shine.
6. Gloves and helmets are recommended for all skaters.

Broomball is played in tennis shoes. Helmets, knee pads and elbow pads are recommended. Brooms, ball and goals are provided. Broomball reservations are available Saturday & Sunday.
