On Wednesday, Sept. 15 you may book a maximum or two private ice parties and a deposit is required for each private booking.

We recommend you have a few alternate dates ready in case your first choice is taken.

We realize it may be a long wait in line and we appreciate your patience.  Out of respect for everyone waiting in line with you, you may not save a place for anyone else.  However, it is ok for one other person at a time to take your place (for example if you are waiting in shifts).

Reservation forms will be handed out before the doors open and any questions you have will be answered at that time.

Private Ice Party (Outdoor Ice)

• $14 per skater – morning/afternoon (1 1/2 hours) 40 skater min – 75 skater max ($100 deposit required at booking)
• $16 per skater – evening (2 hours) 100 skater min – 300 skater max ($200 deposit required at booking)

Parties include use of picnic area. Evening private ice parties may also use the indoor rink from 6:00 PM to 7:15 PM. BBQs & hot water urn available at no charge upon advance request. All food, games and cleanup must be completed within scheduled time. See Party Availability below for rental times.

“Mini” Party (Indoor ice)

• $14 per skater / 25 skater min – 40 skater max ($100 deposit required at booking)

Parties are 1 1/2 hours in length and include use of picnic area. BBQs & hot water urn available at no charge upon advance request. All food, games and cleanup must be completed within scheduled time. See Party Availability below for rental times.

Semi-Private Ice Party (Outdoor ice)

• $14 per skater / 25 skater min – 40 Skater max ($100 deposit required at booking)

Parties are 1 1/2 hours in length and ice is shared with one other party. Semi-private ice includes use of picnic area. BBQ & hot water urn available at no charge upon advance request. All food, games and cleanup must be completed within scheduled time. See Party Availability below for rental times.

Note: All semi-private parties are held on partial ice due to sun. In case of rain, skating is held under the roof area of the outdoor rink and a serving table will be set up for you on the covered porch.

“In-Session” Group Party (Outdoor ice)

• $11 per skater / 10 skater minimum – 45 skater maximum (upon availability)

Parties are two hours in length during a skating session, and include use of tables in picnic area. Reservations must be made in advance. Sorry, no BBQs or electrical available. All food, games and cleanup must be completed within scheduled time. In case of rain, skating is held under the roof area of the outdoor rink and a serving table will be set up for you on the covered porch. “In-Session” parties cannot be let in before start of party time. See Party Availability below for rental times.

Note: During busy times (i.e. first and last week of lessons, holidays) Winter Lodge is not able to accommodate group discount reservations.

Broomball Party (Indoor ice)

• $375 / 16-20 players recommended (20 maximum on ice at one time) ($100 deposit required at booking)

Parties are one hour on ice and include use of picnic area during that time plus an additional half hour after. BBQ and hot water urn available at no charge upon advance request. See Party Availability below for rental times.

Broomball is played in tennis shoes. Helmets, knee pads and elbow pads are strongly recommended. Winter Lodge provides brooms, ball and goals.

Host Information

1. A $100 deposit ($200 for evening private ice) is required at time of booking to hold private, mini, semi-private and broomball parties. Deposit may be applied to the outstanding balance or returned (by crediting Visa, MC or check mailed) to host after total fee is paid. The party fee balance must be collected and paid by host by check, credit card or cash. (Discount Admission Cards are NOT applicable towards party fees). Deposit is refundable for parties cancelled at least 4 weeks prior to party date. Date changes must be made at least 4 weeks prior to existing party date. Reservations made within 4 weeks of party date are NOT eligible for a deposit refund.
2. Alcoholic beverages are NOT permitted at Winter Lodge. Host is responsible for enforcing this policy.
3. Host of the party is responsible for observing of safe skating rules.
4. Parties are held rain or shine.
5. Gloves and helmets are recommended for all skaters.
